Frequent Friction (FAQ)

  • Not in the “robot sneezed out a shirt and we uploaded it” way.

Everything starts in our human brains, which is already alarming. From there, designs get sketched on paper, cleaned up with ink, scanned into design programs, and then rebuilt, colored, adjusted, bullied into alignment, and made ready for printing.

Sometimes we use AI as part of the cleanup or enhancement process — usually to help refine artwork, improve print quality, test visual ideas, or make sure a design doesn’t look like it was dragged behind a lawn mower before going on a hoodie.

But the concepts, jokes, weird little details, and general Jones Bros nonsense come from actual people with actual pens, actual opinions, and questionable amounts of coffee.

So yes, AI may touch the file. But the chaos is handmade.

  • Because we aren't robots and this isn't a warehouse in Delaware. Most of our gear is Print-on-Demand, meaning it is birthed the moment you buy it. It takes a few days for the machines to do their job before the "Logistics & Shit" pipeline kicks in. Patience is a virtue; gear this good is worth the wait.

  • Short answer: No. Long answer: We have a strict No Buyer's Remorse policy. We are a small operation creating custom apparel. If we sent you the wrong item or the print is defective, we’ll fix it. If you just changed your mind, give it to a friend who has better taste. Check the Size Guide before you pull the trigger.

  • Check your "Digital Hotline" (aka your email). As soon as the robots hand your package to the human in the mail truck, an automated system sends you a link. If it’s been less than 5 business days, relax. If it’s been longer, hit up the Contact page.

  • Only the special stuff. Limited edition drops, custom orders, and physical art pieces ship from 7,000 feet. Everything else ships from the fulfillment center closest to you to keep the carbon footprint from stomping on the planet. If you want that fresh mountain air smell and something custom with special surprises in the box, we’re all about it! Just hit up our Contact Page and let’s get freaky!

  • Size up. Always. Our gear fits true to the specs, but nobody ever complained that their favorite hoodie was "too comfortable." If you try to squeeze into a size too small, that’s on you.

  • If you have to ask, you can’t afford it.
